Onishi Shinji
President
He had worked for NTT specification development of international made switches since 1990. He has a lot of experiences and skills in the specification, design, production, verification, and maintenance support. He had contributed to develop VoIP including ADSL since 1988, and lead to modify foreign made soft switches to Japanese specification in 1999. He contributed to establish a large network of Japanese first VoIP carrier. He started to work at NextGen in April, 2002 as CTO and became CEO in June, 2005.
Kashiwagi Hiroyuki
Director
He was engaged in communication business at a trading company, and experienced a lot of projects with domestic and international telecommunication carriers. He was a member of founders of Fusion Communications and contributed to start the operation and got over a million customers. Then, he founded and became a CEO of Collabos Corporation which is engaged in IP contact center. He also planned to found and became a CEO of Moranet Corp. which is engaged in fiber optics broadband communication services. He joined NextGen in Oct, 2004.
